What services do you provide?

We are highly capable and experienced in catering for a number of different events and venues including Wedding Receptions, Club/Bar Work and other Special Occasions.

How much do you charge for an event?

As you can imagine all events are different, whether it be the occasion, the type of venue or the guests attending. Future Media price events on the information that you supply us with and we aim to not only provide you with a competitive price but also great value for money. Are you fully insured and is your equipment safety tested?

Many hotels, venues and bars will not let acts and entertainment perform unless they have these specific requirements. Future Media has full public liability insurance up to the value of £5,000,000 and all of our equipment is regularly P.A.T tested; this information can be sent to the venue at no extra charge prior to the event if required.

How will I know if my booking is secure?

When booking with us, not only do we send out a personalised confirmation letter/email with a few brief details of the event, we also send out a booking agreement in which you sign to put your mind at ease that the booking is confirmed. With regards to payment we do ask for a 40% deposit for the event but we are also flexible to suit your needs, where alternative payment methods can be arranged in which we accept several forms of payment including cash, cheque, BACs and paypal.

Are you V.A.T registered?

As a company we ARE indeed V.A.T registered… Our V.A.T number is included on all of our invoices.

How far will you travel?

Future Media is based in South Devon and we cover a number of areas around Devon and Somerset including Exeter, Taunton, the Torbay area and the surrounding areas. However, at a small cost we are willing to travel greater distances to provide you with great entertainment whatever service you require. We have travelled as far as Kent and the London area and regularly do work in Bristol and Plymouth.

Can I choose my DJ?

You are more than welcome to request a specific DJ at your event or venue and we aim to supply you with the DJ that you require. However, sometimes it is not always possible to do this due to other commitments the DJ may have, but we strive to work around this and intend to provide you with the individual you would like.

How will the DJ(s) dress at the event/venue?

As we are sure you will appreciate, each event and venue is different which means our DJs will dress to suit the occasion. If it is a wedding reception, corporate event or ball, the DJ will be smartly dressed and suited to the event. Other events, such as club and bar work; our DJs dress in a more casual way, unless requested otherwise.
